Grandview Gardens

I just spent a lovely Christmas at Grandview Gardens, this was actually my second visit within the last year and I love spending my vacation time at this serene bed and breakfast. The two room suite I stayed in is very large and so comfortable; the kitchen is well stocked and my favorite place is the beautiful gardens that surround the bed and breakfast. Outside the room is a small terrace with table that walks out to the garden, and it is perfect for me to take out my puppy, to walk outside and look at all the beautiful flowers. The area is so quiet and peaceful . The room is always serviced perfectly and Rebecca the host is so gracious. I changed rooms for one night and stayed in a cottage adjacent to the bed and breakfast and it was even larger and beautifully decorated with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, and again a serene garden. Will certainly return , a new favorite of mine. Also beautifully maintained pool .

Lovely B&B although they don’t do breakfast, but no problem as lovely cafe/bakery 5 minutes walk away and you can make tea and coffee in the living area. Rooms big and airy and VERY comfortable beds! Nice pool and Maggie who seems to do everything is great. Thoroughly recommend as an alternative to the VERY expensive hotels in WPB - only a 30 min walk or 10 min Uber to downtown.

Really enjoyed our quick getaway to West Palm Beach. Rebecca was an excellent hostess. The room was perfect and the grounds are beautiful. I forgot my swim suit but the pool is heated so make sure to pack one. Easy walk to downtown and appreciated the fact parking was easy too.

Absolutely adorable place. Old Florida vibes. Clean rooms with complimentary coffee bar. The host Rebecca is extremely kind and helpful. If you like the Westwinds in Key West you will LOVE this place. Located just 10 minutes from The Breakers. Great location off the beaten path. I am planning a trip to Palm Beach with my mom and sister-in-law, we will definitely stay here!

Our stay at Grandview Gardens was absolutely wonderful. The service was excellent from start to finish...warm, welcoming, and attentive without ever being intrusive. The location is perfect, close to everything yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The ambiance is truly special... a beautiful blend of old-school charm and modern luxury. Every detail felt thoughtful and elevated while still being comfortable and relaxed. The heated pool was a huge bonus, and the entire property felt safe, serene, and like our own little oasis. It was so great, we honestly didn’t even want to leave for our fancy night out in Palm Beach! We can’t wait to come back.

Stayed at Grandview for my first ever visit to Palm Beach visit and had an amazing time. The property is located in a historic district, and only a few minutes from the downtown area, so it's the perfect combination of calm and picturesque atmosphere, with access to entertainment and dining not far away. The property is absolutely beautiful. Not over the top at all, but so relaxing and thoughtfully designed. The room I stayed in was gorgeous and had french doors leading right to the pool. The tile work, bathroom, bed, and patio create a super relaxing environment where you can just chill out and enjoy some relaxing moments to yourself. The pool/patio setup is something like you would see at a private resort. The pool water feels super clean and I don't think the pool was chlorinated at all. I dipped in once since it's December, and was pleased to discover that they keep it slightly heated. The main house was beautiful, and although I didn't spend much time there, I could definitely see myself using that area to get some work done on a future visit. Staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful with check in/check out. Wish I could give this place more stars. Will definitely return.

Cozy, quaint, charming, rustic, lush, dreamy! Some of the ways I’d describe GG. My husband and I spent a cherished weekend here and it was exactly what we were hoping for. Rebecca was so accommodating to our particular needs and offered fabulous suggestions for us. She maintained excellent communication with us from before we arrived and throughout our stay. Maggie was very helpful and together they make a great team. The beds are super comfortable, hard to leave them! It was too chilly that weekend for a dip in the pool but was nice to know it’s kept heated. Our room was nicely appointed with a mini fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, iron and ironing board so we met our late night/early morning needs with ease. We felt right at home. GG is a true gem in a picturesque historic neighborhood, perfect for strolls. It was a weekend we will always remember and we look forward to visiting again.

We recently enjoyed several days at Grandview Gardens which was recommended by a friend who is a local. The stay was great! Our accommodations were spotlessly clean, very spacious and incredibly comfortable. Because we were doing various activities with friends, my husband and I would often have different schedules which required us to have two keys. Normally only one is provided but moments after I mentioned it, Rebecca had a second key made and waiting for us. She and Maggie were outstanding hosts!! I would highly recommend staying here.
